Mario's Meatballs and Spaghetti

I know, How cliche - Mario Spaghetti and Meatballs? But hey, its much easier than lasagna and tastier too in my opinion! This is super easy because the meatballs are baked in the oven, so they are juicy and they melt in your mouth! 

"Its-a meee Mario!"

Level: Noob
Time: 30 minutes
Serves: 4 or more




The Goods:

One package Spaghetti noodles

For Meatballs:
1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground pork
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

For sauce:
1 onion diced
5 mushrooms, diced
2 garlic loves minced
a little olive oil
2 tins chopped tomatoes
1 teaspoon sugar

Tutorial:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit. 

In a bowl combine ground beef, pork, garlic salt and pepper.

Form into meatballs. You can make several small ones or medium sized.

Place meatballs in casserole or baking pan and cook in the oven for about 10 minutes.

Boil pot of water and cook spaghetti per cook-time on packaging. 

To make sauce:

Fry the onion & garlic in a little oil until softened (about 5 minutes). 

Add the mushrooms and fry for another few minutes. 

Add the tomatoes & sugar, and let simmer for 5 minutes.

 Pour overthe meatballs & return to the oven for 15 minutes.

Serve on top of cooked spaghetti and top with fresh parmesan cheese!

Luigi's Alfredo Linguini

-Luigi's Alfredo Linguini-

Shhh don't tell Mario, but Luigi was my favorite character to play. I hope you enjoy this meal, it's great any time of the week!

Level: Noob
Time: 30minutes
Serves: 4






The Goods:



-1 lb of Linguini noodles
-1/2 cup butter 
-8 oz cream cheese 
-2 teaspoons minced garlic
-2 cups of milk
-6 0z Parmesan Cheese
-1/8 tsp black pepper
-Fresh Basil
-Salt to taste


Tutorial:

Bring a pot of water to a boil

Now once your water is boiling, throw in your pasta and cook until al dente - about 5 minutes. 

 In another small pot or saute pan, melt your butter over a medium heat. 

 Add minced garlic until nicely browned

Add cream cheese, mix/whisk until smooth

Add milk, a little at a time, whisking to smooth out lumps. 

Stir Parmesan Cheese into your sauce and continue whisking until smooth. 
Strain Pasta.

remove cheese sauce from heat when sauce reaches desired consistency - mix in chopped fresh basil and throw in your pasta.

Bowsers Molten Chili

When I think of Bowser, I think of lava. Lava reminds me of how much I love myself some Chili on a cold day. So here is a mouth watering recipe for you to enjoy at home! 




Level: Noob
Time: 30 minutes
Serves: 4

The Goods:

  • ¾ lb ground beef or pork
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 16 oz can diced tomatoessliced kielbasa sausage (one package)
  • 16 oz can kidney beans1 bottle/can Lager (Your favorite)
  • 8 oz can tomato sauce
  • 2 to 3 tsp chili powder1 can of corn drainedTobasco sauce to taste
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • any other veggies you would like to add
    Tutorial:In a large saucepan cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until the meat is brown.
  • Drain the fat from the pan.
  • Stir in the undrained tomatoes, beer, sausage, drained kidney beans, tomato sauce, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Optional: stir in mushrooms, corn, carrots, or anything else that you want to add.
  • Bring everything to a boil.
  • Reduce the heat.
  • Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
  •  If you like, you can top it with some cheddar cheese or sour cream.
    Serve and SAVE THE PRINCESS!!
  • Optional: instead of serving right away, you can choose to store in the fridge overnight, or simmer for a few more hours. This makes all the flavors blend together even more, and makes the chili taste even better.

Big Daddy ADAM Wings

Welcome to Rapture - I hope you're up for a messy, spicy, mouth exploding recipe.. 
Big Daddy ADAM Wings. 
Delicious, crunchy, chicken wings soaked in a spicy ADAM sauce, paired along with a nice EVE dip (home made blue cheese dip). Yes, you are entitled to the sweat of your brow. 







Now would you kindly follow along?

Time: 50 minutes
Level: N00b
Serves: 4

The Goods:

FOR BIG DADDY WINGS
-2lbs frozen chicken wings and drummets (raw)
-3 tablespoons butter, melted
-4 tablespoons hot pepper sauce (I love CRYSTALS)
-1 tablespoon paprika 
-1/2 teaspoon salt 
-1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
-1/4 teaspoon black pepper

FOR EVE DIP
-1/2 cup sour cream
-1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
-1/2 cup mayo
-1 tablespoon white wine vinegar or white vinegar
-1 teaspoon minced garlic (or one clove minced)
-couple drops of blue food coloring (HEHEH)



TUTORIAL:

-Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
-spray nonstick cooking spray on baking sheets
-Place frozen wings on a baking sheet or two
-do not over lap the wings
-Place wings in oven and bake for about 45 minutes
-combine butter, hot sauce, paprika, salt, cayenne pepper, and black pepper in a large bowl.
-once wings have finished baking toss them in the bowl with the sauce
-using tongs, toss the wings around until coated generously
-let wings sit in the sauce for a few minutes to let sauce stick.

While the wings were baking for 45 minutes - you can make your EVE DIP:

-Combine ALL the Eve Dip ingredients into a BLENDER. 
-Hit "Pulse" a few times for only 3 second intervals. 
-Pulse until mixture is smooth
-Empty contents from blender into a bowl
-Add a couple drops of blue food coloring to the mix
-Stir with a spoon until color is even throughout.

Orgrimmar Onion Rings W/ Orc Dip

Orgrimmar Onion Rings and Dip




Throm-Ka! 

Thank you for traveling all the way to Azeroth for this delicious, easy, and addictive recipe! Lets get started shall we?

Lok'Tar! 





Time: 30minutes
Level: N00b
Serves: 4

The Goods:

-2 large sweet onions - Peeled and cut into Rings

-2 eggs

-1/2 cup buttermilk

DRY COAT MIX:

-1 3/4 cups flour

-1 teaspoon seasoning salt

-1 teaspoon garlic powder

-1 pinch cayenne pepper

-2 tablespoons cornstarch 

-1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs (Panko crumbs are best)

-Oil (for frying)

FOR THE DIPPING SAUCE:

-1/2 cup Mayo
-1 tablespoon Ketchup
-1 1/2 teaspoon horseradish
-1/2 teaspoon sugar
-1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
-1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper


Tutorial:

- Bust out that DUTCH OVEN again.

- Pour about 2 inches of canola/veggie oil

- Heat over stove.

- Make sure oil is at about 350 degrees fahrenheit

- In a small bowl whisk together buttermilk and eggs

- Dip and coat the onion rings into the buttermilk mix

- Coat the onion rings in the dry coat mix

- Fry briefly in hot oil, turning once. Until GOLDEN BROWN.

- Pull out rings and place on plate with a napkin to soak any excess oil.

***DISCARD HOT OIL IN AN EMPTY GLASS JAR!! NOT DOWN THE DRAIN!!***

For the dip:

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and chill before serving.
