Fable Kickin Chicken

Hello Friends!

I haven't posted in awhile because I wanted people to focus on our giveaway. Unfortunately no one has been too interested so we do not have a winner.

I wanted to do something a little different for this post. A fan of ours has emailed me from Terrible Gamer Stats Network (TGSN) - He wanted to share a yummy quick recipe that he makes all the time.

Hope you enjoy!

Fable Kickin Chicken

Level: NOOB
Time: 20 minutes
Serves: 1

The Goods:

1 Loaf (Sub Roll)

2 chicken breasts

1 tablespoon hot sauce

3 slices of cheese (You can shred it too)

4 slices raw red onion

1 1/2 teaspoons Natural Fat Free Greek Yogurt

Tutorial:

Soak the chicken in the chilli sauce, the longer the better, as gamers I appreciate this is not ideal so 5 minutes before cooking will do, plenty of time for another round of COD.

Cook the breast whole on a griddle or George Foreman style grill, cut the chicken in to strips or random lengths as it cooks to ensure no pink parts are left uncooked while it’s on the grill.

While the chicken sears, cut the sub roll, this doesn’t have to be cheese topped, a plain sub or wholemeal is as good, as long as its soft.

Spread the natural yogurt on the bottom and top of the sub, the sliced red onion will stick to the lid of the roll.

Then place the cooked chicken on the sub, cut in half and enjoy!
