1 box refrigerated pie crust (Like pillsbury or generic brand)

1/3 cup butter

1/3 cup chopped onion

1/3 cup flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 3/4 cups chicken broth

1/2 cup milk

2 cups chopped/shredded rotisserie chicken (From the deli area in your grocery market)

2 cups mixed frozen veggies (Corn, broccoli, carrots, peas, etc)

Tutorial:

Heat oven to 425°F.

Fit one of of the pie crusts into 9-inch pie plate (Set aside the other crust)

In 2-quart saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.

Add onion; cook and stir 2 minutes or until tender.

Stir in flour, salt and pepper until well blended.

Cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly.

Gradually stir in chicken broth and milk, cooking and stirring until bubbly and thickened.

Stir in chicken and thawed mixed vegetables.

Remove from heat.

Spoon chicken mixture into crust-lined pie plate.

Top with second crust; seal edge and flute.

Cut slits in several places in top crust.

Cover crust edge with 2- to 3-inch-wide strips of foil to prevent excessive browning;

Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until crust is golden brown.

Let stand 15 to 20 minutes before serving.

And as Pacman would say: "WAKKA - WAKKA - WAKKA -WAKKA"
