Green Lantern Pesto Pizza

GREEN LANTERN PESTO PIZZA

Super ridiculously easy and super delicious pizza recipe. For those who aren't afraid to try new things.

Enjoy this recipe, and save the world from evil!
Level: N00b
Duration: 18 Minutes
Serves: 4-6


The Goods:

  • One package of Boboli Pizza Crust
  • One Jar of Pesto Sauce (found in pasta sauce isle or in the refridgerated section near veggies)
  • A box of Feta Cheese or Shredded Mozzarella OR BOTH!
  • Small Carton of Baby Spinach

Tutorial:

Preheat oven to 450 Degrees Fahrenheit
Spread the green pesto sauce all over the pizza crust, leave about 1 to 1/2 inch space from the ends.
Sprinkle Cheese all over
Top with your desired amount of Spinach
Bake in the oven for about 8-10 minutes until cheese and crust is about golden brown.
 Remove from oven
Slice
Enjoy!

T.M.Ninja Turtle: Pepperoni & Cheeeese Pizza!

Cowabunga dude!

Get your grub on with the cheesiest of pepperoni & cheese pizzas!

Super easy and suuuper delicious.

I'm going to stop now before I make a further fool of myself.






Level: NOOB
Time: 15 Minutes
Serves: Donatello, Leonardo, Michelangelo, Raphael, You,  &Your friends.



The Goods:


  • Pre-cooked pizza dough (like Boboli)
  • 1 Package pre sliced pepperoni
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil 
  • 2 cloves (or 2 teaspoons) Garlic, minced
  • 2 cups (8 ounces) Mozzerella Cheese
  • Tomato Sauce of your choice
  • 2 cups (8 ounces) Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 1/2 cup (2 ounces) grated fresh Parmesan cheese
Tutorial:


  1. Position one oven rack in the middle setting. 
  2. Position another rack in the lowest setting, and place a  baking sheet on the bottom rack.
  3. Preheat oven to 500° fahrenheit. (260 degrees celsius) 
  4. Remove plastic wrap from Basic Pizza Dough; discard plastic. 
  5. Brush olive oil over dough. 
  6. Spoon sauce in an even layer over crust, leaving a 1/4-inch border. 
  7. Sprinkle minced garlic over sauce.
  8. Top with mozzarella, Monterey Jack, Parmesan Cheese, and Pepperoni
  9. Bake on middle rack for 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese melts. 
  10. Cut into 12 slices.
  11. Enjoy Dudes!

Mario's Meatballs and Spaghetti

I know, How cliche - Mario Spaghetti and Meatballs? But hey, its much easier than lasagna and tastier too in my opinion! This is super easy because the meatballs are baked in the oven, so they are juicy and they melt in your mouth! 

"Its-a meee Mario!"

Level: Noob
Time: 30 minutes
Serves: 4 or more




The Goods:

One package Spaghetti noodles

For Meatballs:
1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground pork
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

For sauce:
1 onion diced
5 mushrooms, diced
2 garlic loves minced
a little olive oil
2 tins chopped tomatoes
1 teaspoon sugar

Tutorial:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit. 

In a bowl combine ground beef, pork, garlic salt and pepper.

Form into meatballs. You can make several small ones or medium sized.

Place meatballs in casserole or baking pan and cook in the oven for about 10 minutes.

Boil pot of water and cook spaghetti per cook-time on packaging. 

To make sauce:

Fry the onion & garlic in a little oil until softened (about 5 minutes). 

Add the mushrooms and fry for another few minutes. 

Add the tomatoes & sugar, and let simmer for 5 minutes.

 Pour overthe meatballs & return to the oven for 15 minutes.

Serve on top of cooked spaghetti and top with fresh parmesan cheese!

Luigi's Alfredo Linguini

-Luigi's Alfredo Linguini-

Shhh don't tell Mario, but Luigi was my favorite character to play. I hope you enjoy this meal, it's great any time of the week!

Level: Noob
Time: 30minutes
Serves: 4






The Goods:



-1 lb of Linguini noodles
-1/2 cup butter 
-8 oz cream cheese 
-2 teaspoons minced garlic
-2 cups of milk
-6 0z Parmesan Cheese
-1/8 tsp black pepper
-Fresh Basil
-Salt to taste


Tutorial:

Bring a pot of water to a boil

Now once your water is boiling, throw in your pasta and cook until al dente - about 5 minutes. 

 In another small pot or saute pan, melt your butter over a medium heat. 

 Add minced garlic until nicely browned

Add cream cheese, mix/whisk until smooth

Add milk, a little at a time, whisking to smooth out lumps. 

Stir Parmesan Cheese into your sauce and continue whisking until smooth. 
Strain Pasta.

remove cheese sauce from heat when sauce reaches desired consistency - mix in chopped fresh basil and throw in your pasta.
