Bowsers Molten Chili

When I think of Bowser, I think of lava. Lava reminds me of how much I love myself some Chili on a cold day. So here is a mouth watering recipe for you to enjoy at home!

Tutorial:In a large saucepan cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until the meat is brown.
  • Drain the fat from the pan.
  • Stir in the undrained tomatoes, beer, sausage, drained kidney beans, tomato sauce, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Optional: stir in mushrooms, corn, carrots, or anything else that you want to add.
  • Bring everything to a boil.
  • Reduce the heat.
  • Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
  •  If you like, you can top it with some cheddar cheese or sour cream.
    Serve and SAVE THE PRINCESS!!
  • Optional: instead of serving right away, you can choose to store in the fridge overnight, or simmer for a few more hours. This makes all the flavors blend together even more, and makes the chili taste even better.
